Nicolas – The Host with a Vision
After studying real estate in Cannes, Nicolas founded HeavnStay Agency to open a new chapter in the family journey: managing and selling exceptional homes for others, just like we do our own.
He is deeply passionate about hospitality, premium service, and client satisfaction, and brings a personal touch to every interaction.
Nicolas oversees the rental management of all our properties in Cannes and leads our boutique real estate sales division, always seeking out homes that reflect the elegance and standards of the HeavnStay brand.
Annie – The Coordinating Spirit of HeavnStay
With a background in law from Paris and a deep passion for creating beautiful, prestigious spaces, Annie is the heart and soul of our family business.
She doesn't specialize in just one area — she’s involved in every part of the journey, from holiday rentals to property sales.
Annie brings years of experience in client relations and has passed down her dedication to excellence and hospitality to her children. She ensures that everything runs smoothly, always with kindness, efficiency, and a big-picture mindset.
Christofer – The Creative Builder
Christofer studied business in Nice, and he was the one who first introduced the family to the world of real estate — and sparked a lasting passion.
Fascinated by architecture and renovation, he leads the charge when it comes to finding new projects, optimizing properties, and making smart design choices with our trusted architects.
With a sharp eye for potential and a love for transformation, Christofer is behind many of the exceptional homes we proudly offer in Cannes today.
